Cancellation Policy
Our aim is to provide flexibility and peace of mind during the booking process. Therefore, we offer several cancellation policy options, which will be applied according to the rate selected at the time of booking.
Standard Cancellation Policy
The customer can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
If canceled within 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Flexible Cancellation Policy
The customer can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.
If canceled within 24 hours prior to arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Moderate Cancellation Policy
The customer can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
If canceled within 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Strict Cancellation Policy
The customer can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
If canceled within 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Exceptional Cancellation Policy
The following situations are considered an Exceptional Cancellation Policy:

Changes to government travel requirements.

Unexpected changes in visa or passport requirements imposed by a government agency that prevent travel to the destination. This does not include lost or expired travel documents or other personal circumstances relating to a guest's travel authorization.

Emergencies, epidemics and declared pandemics. The government has declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics and public health emergencies. This does not include diseases that are endemic or generally associated with a region.

Government travel restrictions. Travel restrictions imposed by a government agency that prevent or prohibit travel to or from the Listing location. This does not include non-binding travel advisories and similar government guidance.

Military actions and other hostilities. Acts of war, hostilities, invasions, civil wars, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, insurrection, civil disorder and civil unrest.

Natural disasters. Natural disasters, acts of God, large-scale interruptions of essential services, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis and other severe and abnormal weather events. This does not include weather or natural conditions that are common enough to be predictable in that location, such as hurricanes, which occur during Florida's hurricane season.
